Open the feedback in your profile's "Help and Support" menu and answer the following questions:
- When exactly did the app crash?
- Does it happen to any albums or just specific ones? If they are specific, please tell us the album and artist names.
You can also restart your device or even reinstall the app while our support service is resolving the issue. Beware that reinstalling the app will delete all your saved tracks from the device memory.
