Please, be aware that it is not enough to delete the app to cancel the subscription.
To cancel the premium subscription, please do the following steps:
- Go to the settings of your device;
- Choose the "iTunes and App Store";
- Press on your Apple ID;
- Choose "View Apple ID". You will need your Apple ID password;
- In the "Subsсtiption" section press "Manage". If you don't see the subscription but you're still charged for it, be sure that you used proper Apple ID;
- Choose Zvooq subscription to manage;
- Turn off the auto subscription to cancel it. Premium Subscription will be disabled at the end of the paid period.
