The music in Zvooq app doesn't play.

To solve this issue, please, do the following:

  • Restart your mobile device and reopen the app.
  • If the music doesn't play, check your internet connection. Please, apply next steps with a stable Wi-Fi connection.
  • Delete the app. Beware that this action will delete all saved tracks from the device memory.
  • Reinstall the app and log into your account in a regular way.

If you followed all listed steps but the music doesn't play, open the feedback in your profile's "Help and Support" menu and answer the following questions:

  • Which song, album or artist was affected by this problem?
  • What mobile device do you use?
  • What OS do you use?
  • What type of internet connection do you use? 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi?
  • Is only online music affected by this problem or offline music is affected too?
  • Was your device jailbroken?
