How to unsubscribe on Android?

If the subscription was automatically activated after you've used a gifted promo code, then you will need to contact us in order to disable it. 

Please, take in mind that automatical update of your subsctiption doesn't end after you deleted the app. You have to disable it manually no later that one day before your current paid period ends. To do this, follow the steps listed below:

Enter the Google play page of Zvooq app, press "Cancel" button.

If there are resons you are unable to do this, please do the following:

  1. Enter you Google account on  http://wallet.google.com/;
  2. go to  "Transactions" page and choose the subscription you want to delete;
  3. press "Update or cancel subscription";
  4. press "Cancel subscription" button.

Remember that any time you subscribe with Zvooq app, the autoupdate mode enables and it can only be disabled manually.
