My music doesn't play in background mode!

First of all, try to restart your mobile device. To restart a device press and hold "Power" and "Home" buttons simultaneously and wait for the Apple logo on the screen. The device is restarted now. After that start Zvooq app again, everything must play in background mode now.

If previous steps didn't work and you still have the problem, go to the account settings, choose "Help and Support", open the feedback form in the bottom-right and enter the following information:

  • The version of iOS that you use on your device and the model of your device.
  • If your device was Jailbroken, let us know about that.

Providing this information will help us to resolve the issue and to answer you as fast as we can.
