I've got a problem while using iOS app

Most part of your problems can be solved with the following steps:

Restart your device. To do this, please press and hold "Power" and "Home" button simultaneously, until you see Apple logo on the screen and the device will start again. After that, reopen Zvooq app.

If this didn't solve the problem, check your internet connection. Please, apply next steps with a stable Wi-Fi connection.

  • Delete the app. Beware that this action will delete all saved tracks from the device memory.
  • Reinstall the app and log into your account in a regular way.

If you followed all listed steps but they didn't help, open the feedback in your profile's "Help and Support" and write us about your problem with your profile name included.
