I've lost all my music and premium subscription!

Don't worry, maybe you just accidentally created another account instead of using the old one.

Please, check that you logged in with a proper account to use your app.

You will not see your personal collection and your subscription will not be active if you were always using regular login and password to use the app and now you logged in with your social network account or phone number.

To solve this issue you have to log out from your account and to log in again with the way you did it before. After that, you will be able to see the subscription and all the music that was saved before.
