How can I purchase the premium subscription?

If you are using the device with iOS you will need iOS version 7.0 or higher in order to use the app. Also, you will need an Internet connection. Please, do the following: 

  1. Open the app and register your account with your mobile phone number;
  2. enter your full phone number in international format;
  3. then enter the code you got via SMS;
  4. when you get a pop-up with the premium trial offer, tap "Cancel";
  5. send the USSD request *161*1# (this is the only way to activate Zvooq premium now);
  6. you will receive the SMS answer "Your Zvooq premium subscription was activated" that confirms the activation;
  7. tap the "Home" button twice and swipe up to close the app. Run the app now.

If you are using the device with Android you will need Android version 4.1 or higher in order to use the app. Also, you will need an Internet connection. Please, do the following:

  1. Open the app and register with your phone number (choose Login via SMS code);
  2. afterward, please enter the Velcom mobile number in international format and press "Continue". Then you will receive the SMS message with the code.  Enter it in the next screen;
  3. when you will see a pop-up with the premium trial offer, tap the "Back" button on your device, or "Not now" button;
  4. send the USSD request *161*1# (this is the only way to activate Zvooq premium now);
  5. you will receive the SMS answer "Your Zvooq premium subscription was activated" that confirms the activation;
  6. you can track your premium subscription from your in-app Zvooq profile info.
